Best halal breakfast in Manchester

1.  Chai Latte

I recently discovered an excellent halal breakfast spot called Chai Latte in the heart of Manchester city centre.  Thanks to its beautiful decor and cosy atmosphere, it’s a wonderful place to catch up with friends and family.

Chai-Latte

The staff there are attentive and friendly, making your experience even more enjoyable.

Chai Latte is a halal restaurant, so it’s suitable for everyone.

I highly recommend trying their French toast with scrambled eggs and fries; it’s delicious! Plus, the service is fast, so you won’t have to wait long to satisfy your cravings.

They offer a create-your-own breakfast option with plenty of choices. You must try the eggs halloumi with hollandaise sauce—it’s simply divine.  The combination of fresh spinach, perfectly poached eggs, and a toasted bun will leave you wanting more.

The cafe is clean and comfortable, with an excellent design that adds to the overall experience.

2. Evelyn’s

I had a chance to try out Evelyn’s in Manchester for a halal breakfast, and it was a pretty good experience overall.  The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we were well taken care of. They have a brunch menu with some excellent choices.

Try their fried chicken sando and the pistachio hummus with warm mini bread.

The fries were also delicious. And remember to grab a glass of their refreshing lavender lemonade. The fluffy pancakes were delicious but softer than I had hoped.

It’s a popular spot, so booking ahead, especially on weekends, is advisable.

3. Essy’s

Their delicious food blew me away and looked as good as it tasted. The staff there are super friendly and kind, making the whole experience even better.

Essys

They have many halal options, guaranteeing a warm and tasty meal. What’s great is that they also have vegetarian and vegan options available.

It’s a family-friendly place, perfect if you’re dining with kids. Oh, and don’t miss out on their Harissa lamb roast on Sundays—it’s divine.

However, I did come across a couple of negative reviews mentioning some issues with appearance and order accuracy, so that’s something to keep in mind.

Nevertheless, overall, Essy’s is a top spot for a delightful halal desi breakfast in Manchester.

4. Comptoir Libanais

I just had the best halal breakfast in Manchester! I went to Comptoir Libanais, an authentic Middle Eastern restaurant, which was quite an experience. When I walked in, I noticed several Middle Eastern families dining together, which added to the authenticity.

The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. I even tried their recommended house wine, and it didn’t disappoint.

The staff was friendly and brilliant, always ready to help and offer advice on the menu options.

They had plenty of vegetarian and vegan choices too. Overall, it was a positive first Lebanese experience for me, and I plan to return.

However, there were some issues with the service. We had to wait quite a while to place our orders.  If you’re in the mood for a Lebanese breakfast, give it a shot, but manage your expectations a bit.

And if you are specifically looking for halal breakfast in Stockport or halal food in Manchester city centre, this place has you covered. Enjoy!

5. Caramello Didsbury

If you are looking for the best halal breakfast near Manchester Airport, I highly recommend Caramello Didsbury.

Caramello-Didsbury

Trust me, their breakfast and brunch options are top-notch. The French toast is exceptional and easily one of the best I’ve ever had.

They have limited quantities of their delicious Pistachio Croissants, so make sure to get there early. It would be best to try their Full English breakfast and Chicken Waffles; they’re worth it.

It can get crowded, so be prepared to wait for a table. The food is delicious, with unique flavour combinations and high-quality ingredients.

And the best part?

It’s all halal! You can pay with both cash and a card, which is convenient. I did come across one negative review mentioning food poisoning and raw food, but it seems to be an isolated incident.

Remember to check out their gelato, although the variety of flavours might be limited. Enjoy your halal breakfast adventure at Caramello Didsbury!

6.  Biskits Withington

If you are looking for the best halal breakfast places in Manchester, I’ve got a great spot to recommend: Biskits Withington.

Biskits-Withington

I recently visited this dessert venue, and let me tell you, it’s something special. The place has a lovely floral interior with pink and gold tones that create a warm and majestic atmosphere.

The staff is super friendly and attentive, and their menu offers a variety of delightful treats.

I highly recommend trying their pistachio mini pancakes – they are delicious and beautifully presented.  The dairy milk cookie dough dessert is another winner, served warm with a scoop of ice cream.

Biskits also has a range of breakfast options, cheese grills, and burgers. The food is praised for its quality and freshness, with standout items like stack waffles, homemade brownies, and freak shakes.

The staff, especially Junior, is known for their excellent recommendations and attentive service.

The place is clean, family-friendly, and visually appealing, making it perfect for some Instagram-worthy shots.
